The two sisters (Sunayana and Shabnam) during their tours and travel in holidays with their parents were able to see and experience the condition of school-age children especially of the girls of their age group very closely and decided to do something on their own to bring changes in the lives of girl children. By then they started saving some money out of their Tiffin and pocket money with a view to provide some financial assistance to the parents of girl children who are baring from going to school due to poverty. The two sisters initiated supporting two families in Baglung district are planning to support more than 100 families till the starting of 3rd National Reading Campaign initiated by the Centre for Development and Population Activities (CEDPA) in support of Aama Milan Kendra (AMK) an national level NGO working in advocacy for girls and women's rights particularly that of adolescent reproductive health rights in Nepal.
